TI Dating Setup

This installer creates the database tables and first administrator automatically. No manual SQL import is required.

It is safe to rerun after an interrupted or partial installation; existing tables and a partially-created admin account will be reused. MySQL table creation is handled without a transaction so shared-hosting installs can resume safely.
